ADVISORY COUNCIL FORMATION & FACILITATION

The purpose of Axis M's Advisory Councils is to provide a formal channel for recommendations, advice and market intelligence from the best-informed consultants and dealers to foodservice equipment manufacturers. Axis M forms, facilitates and reports on the findings from both Consultant and Dealer Advisory Councils for our clients.

As part of this undertaking, Axis M builds and manages "Members Only" mini web sites to facilitate ongoing contributions to of council members to clients' sales and market positions.

Axis M Advisory Councils provide input and advice on topics including:

Current product offerings
Achieving leadership positions in all product categories
Product design, construction, controls, capacities, warranties, and additional features and options
Comparisons with competitors
Marketplace perceptions
Performance of Customer Service departments, rep networks and service agencies
Most effective means of communicating to and supporting consultant organizations

To recap and analyze findings for client after an Advisory Council's initial live meeting, Axis M will:

Conduct Online Post-Meetings Survey of Participants
Provide Editing/Interpretation of Reported Findings
Write and Present a 'Recommendations' Report

To follow-up with participants for client after Advisory Council's initial live meeting, Axis M will:

Create/E-Mail PDF of Meeting Findings
Program and Post 'Advisory Council Only' Pages on Client Web Site (See next section for deliverables)
Schedule/Conduct 'New Product and Marketing' Web Conferences
Program and Post 'Advisory Council Only' Bulletin Board for Product Application Feedback (See next section for deliverables)
Manage Review of Proposed Consultant Marketing, Sales Strategies and Materials

Home - Includes a log-in form. Once consultants sign in, Home provides product and marketing updates, most recent Forum comments, information on web meetings and links to all interior pages.

User Registration and Profiles - Enables approved user registration. Provides log-in fields, password reminders, profile creation, listings and self-editing

Advisory Council Forums - Bulletin board-style Forums allow Advisory Council members and client personnel to exchange views and reactions to a variety of topics Functionality of forums allows client and Axis M to:
- Create, edit, post and delete new forums, new topics, comments and replies, polls, photos and PDF files accessible for downloading
- Allow registered Advisory Council members to comment, reply to comments, post photos and PDF files for downloading.
- Answer user questions and post new topics in forums and results of surveys and polls to keep Advisory Council activities current

Surveys and Polls - Survey Home provides links to all prior surveys and polls, and their results, as approved by client
- Individual surveys are filled out and submitted by Advisory Council consultants for Axis M tabulation, analysis and recommendation report

Contacts - Page lists contact information and links to Profiles prepared by CAC members and designated client personnel
