Submitted by mschechter on Tue, 10/13/2009 - 15:41One of the improvements underlying the results from this year's Industry Forecast report is the breadth and quality of the sample of operators who responded in Q4 '03 to our research survey. Just a shade under 700 E&S end-users participated in our latest polling, with our commercial respondents coming from R&I's operator circulation, while our noncommercial foodservice operators were drawn from the country's leading contract companies and institutions. In all instances, surveyed operators have authority to purchase kitchen equipment and supplies.
As in past IF reports, there is much new information
